Privacy Policy

In one paragraph

We run a written guide with a start button for a live chat. There are no user accounts here, no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies set by us. Personal data only gets to us in two ways: whatever you write in the contact form yourself, and the brief technical logs every web server writes. The live chat itself comes from Coomeet, and it only loads after you press start (see below).

Technical records at our host

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. When your browser loads a page, Cloudflare handles the technical details of that request – your IP address, which page you asked for, when, and what browser you use. It uses this to deliver the page, to fend off attacks and to work out which country a request comes from. We use that country signal for two things only: refusing access from regions where we do not offer the site, and showing an age-verification heads-up to visitors from places with stricter rules. We do not build profiles from it. Cloudflare's own handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.

The live chat by Coomeet

The chat layer on the start page is provided by Coomeet, an independent video chat service. Nothing from Coomeet loads while you read. Only when you press the start button does your browser fetch the chat from coomeet.com servers; from that moment Coomeet gets your IP address and device details, plus the video and audio from your cam and mic – but only once you grant your browser permission for them. Coomeet processes all of this as its own controller under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies or storage. We receive none of it, apart from an anonymous count of sign-ups and payments made through our channel, which is how we get paid. Close the layer and leave the chat to stop sharing your camera.

In regions where stricter age rules apply, the chat is not embedded here at all; the button simply opens Coomeet's own site in a new tab.

The 18+ answer in your browser

Tearing the ticket writes a single entry into your browser’s local storage: jows.adult, holding the word “confirmed” and the time of the click. Its sole purpose is to spare you the ticket on every page. Thirty days later the entry expires: the page removes it and shows the ticket once more. Nothing about it is transmitted to us, and no cookie is involved. Clearing your site data removes it sooner.

Notes you send through the form

The contact form sends your note, the topic you picked and, if you add one, a reply address. These are saved in a storage area in our own Cloudflare account, not with an outside form service. We read them to answer you or to deal with a takedown request, Twelve months on they are deleted at the very latest; ask, and we'll wipe them earlier.

Links to other sites

Some links take you to cam sites, and some of those are partner links that tell the other site you came from us. Once you leave this guide, the other site's privacy policy and cookies apply. We never receive your account details or payment data from them.

If you live in California

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, California residents can find out which personal information about them we have, get it fixed or erased, and say no to any sale or sharing of it. For the record: none of it is sold, none is shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, and sensitive personal information isn't used at all. Make your request via the contact page – exercising these rights won't change how we deal with you.

Minors

This guide is meant for adults only. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us a note, tell us and we will delete it.
